Returns Policy

You have 28 days from the despatch of your order to return your purchase for a refund. Simply post your item back to us, in the same condition you received it, to receive a full refund. 

Any item being returned must be unused, in its original condition (including packaging and labelling) and have all tags attached. If you use the item or remove / tamper with the tags, you will lose your right to return the goods under our returns policy.

Delivery and return costs are not refundable, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

How do I return by post?

If you'd like to return by post, please include the following with your return parcel: 

• Name, Billing address and a contact telephone number
• Email address
• Order number
• A brief description of the item
• Reason for return

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

The refund will go back onto the original payment method and may take up to 7 working days, from the date we receive it back.
